Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To open and maintain a vip122 Account you must satisfy each of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. vip122 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request government-issued identity documentation at any time to verify your age, and to suspend any account pending verification.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful under your applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your place of residence before you register an account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of vip122, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any voluntary self-exclusion you have previously submitted to vip122 or any other gambling operator.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the Platform. The opening of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to keep this information up to date. vip122 may, at its sole discretion, reject any registration application without providing a reason. Providing false registration details is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. vip122 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify vip122 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

vip122 is obligated under international gaming license requirements to conduct identity verification for all accounts. KYC may be triggered at any of the following points:

• Before processing the first withdrawal request.
• When cumulative deposits exceed a threshold set by vip122 at its discretion.
• At any time vip122 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
• When account details have been updated, including email address or linked payment method.

Acceptable identity documents include a national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. Proof-of-address documents (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days) may also be required. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in our request communication will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is successfully completed.

5.1 Deposits. vip122 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts are published on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

5.2 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). vip122 does not accept deposits made in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred on your bank's or e-wallet's end are your sole responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Prior to any withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification.
• Any active Bonus Funds must meet their applicable wagering requirements before the associated Real Money Funds can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your current verified Real Money balance.

5.4 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests submitted during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, UTC+7) are typically processed within 3–15 minutes to local bank accounts and e-wallets. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the earliest available opportunity. vip122 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5.5 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if it has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. vip122 reserves the right to deduct an inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 per month from the dormant account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the user.

vip122 periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotional page states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page.
• Validity Period: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7–30 days from the date of issue. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be voided automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: You may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Subsequent promotions may only be claimed once a prior bonus has been completed or has expired.
• Game Restrictions: Certain game types may contribute at reduced rates toward wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely. Refer to the specific promotion terms for the contribution schedule.
• Abuse Prevention: vip122 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and close any account where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of promotional terms is detected. Decisions made by vip122 in this regard are final.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated on Bonus Funds is Rp 5.000.000 per bonus instance.

All games offered on the Platform — including sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot gacor (high-frequency payout slots), and togel number draws — are governed by the individual rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a game-specific rule, these Terms shall prevail.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers without human intervention.
• Operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, especially in live poker and live dealer games.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes. Any winnings generated as a result of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, match-fixing, or using the Platform to conduct or facilitate criminal activity.
• Providing false identity documentation or misrepresenting personal details during registration or KYC.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface designs, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of vip122 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of vip122.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data submitted to or generated on the Platform are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

vip122 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption on all data in transit between your device and our servers. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vip122 and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, force majeure events (including natural disasters, power failures, internet outages, regulatory action, or pandemic), or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Any financial loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Changes to laws or regulations in Indonesia or any other jurisdiction that affect your ability to access or use the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. vip122 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit vip122's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11.1 Closure by the User. You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money balance remaining after deduction of applicable fees will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of pending KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

11.2 Closure by vip122. vip122 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or licensing authority instruction.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with your account.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, all licenses granted to you under these Terms terminate immediately. Clauses that by their nature survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitations of Liability, and Governing Law — shall remain in full force.

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vip122 holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting our customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration institution in vip122's licensing jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

vip122 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will post a notice on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your account prior to the effective date of the change. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
